GRASS-FED BEEF

The SQ1F herd enjoys year-round access to the outdoors, and grazes on fresh pasture during the season and hay in the winter. A small portion of grain is provided, more as a nutritional supplement than as a feed. None of the cattle are finished on hard-to-digest grain (corn) or given growth hormones or fed antibiotics. This distinction is important, not only for reasons of taste, but for your health.
