Farm  Philosophy

We are a naturally-managed farm dedicated to producing nutrient-dense, great-tasting  grass-fed beef, and pastured lamb.  We believe that the Creator’s design is the best pattern for the  biological world.  Our animals are  raised using environmentally-friendly farming practices, with a focus on natural nutrition and rotational management.

 SQ1F’s animals are provided a habitat that allows them to  express their physiological distinctiveness.  By raising animals with care, attention, and the best food and environment, we give them lives that are stress-free and enjoyable.  All of our cows and lambs are raised outdoors with exposure to forage, sunshine, and fresh air.

For many consumers and followers of a back-to-basic lifestyle, knowing where your food comes from, ensuring it is chemical free, and knowing that your stock is cared for in a proper way is vital to the way of life you are trying to achieve.  SQ1F invites you to experience the satisfaction of knowing your food and your farmer.
